    • In a pan add olive oil and add in it garlic , once little garlic aroma starts to come add the onions, Saute it for sometime till the onions are translucent. Then add the brocolli, carrots & bell peppers. Add pink himalayan salt & red chilli flakes as per your taste. Cook on a low flame for sometime. Meanwhile on another pot boil the pasta.
    • Once ready mix the veggies and the pasta together and slow cook on a low flame for 2 minutes.
    • Once ready serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
